Baby Food Recipes: Mince Pork And Fish Porridge

Porridge is a soft and easy for your baby when they start their soft diet. Mince pork and fish have a good nutrition for baby that I suggest to add in the porridge to have natural sweetens taste. Your baby sure will like it.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams Mince Pork
  • 1 pieces of Fish Meat
  • 1 cup of Rice
  • 6 bowls of Water
  • 1 & 1/2 tea spoons of Dong Cai (preserved vegetable)
  • 3 pieces of Ginger
  • 1/2 tea spoons of Salt
  • 1 tea spoons of light soya sauce
  • 1 tea spoons of sesame oil

Directions

Step 1: Rinse and cut the fish into small pieces.Remove the fish bone carefully. Add in 1/2 tea spoons of salt and some pepper for marinate around 5 minutes.

Step 2: Mix the mince pork with 1 tea spoons of light soya sauce and sesame oil.

Step 3: Cut the ginger.

Step 4: Wash the rice with a pot then add in 6 bowls of water and cook over high heat till it boiling.

Step 5: Reduce to medium heat and continue to boil for 20 minutes.

Step 6: Add in mince pork and continue to boil for 2 minutes.

Step 7: Add in the pomfret fish, ginger and fish sauce then continue to cook for 3 minutes till the fish is cooked.

Step 8: Ready to serve.
