Fish Fried Dumpling is with the filling of fish meat and have a special taste with others dumpling which normally have pork meat filling in the dumpling. This type of fish dumpling in the method of deep fried enhance the aroma and the crispy of the dumpling. You may dip with some garlic chilly sauce to add the taste. For the dough of the dumpling is the same type of wonton dough which is in the square shape and can buy directly from market in frozen package.

Deep Fried Shrimp Meat Dumpling 煎虾肉饺子

Dumpling can cook in boiled, steam, pan-fried and also deep fried. This type of deep fried dumpling is crispy and taste excellent with filling of shrimp and meat. You may add in parsley or spring onion if you like. The dough is just simple square dumpling dough or called wonton dough which you can find and purchase from hypermarket in dry frozen pack. This dish can be serve as light refreshment for high tea and it also one type of "dim sum" from Hong Kong. It can be taste together with tomato sauce, chilli sauce or mayonnaise sauce for better taste.

Cantonese Dumpling- Wonton (云吞)

Wonton is a Cantonese word for dumpling which usually serve together with the mee/ noodle called Wonton Mee. This type of noodle was a famous food from Hong Kong. This Wonton is almost similar "Shui Jiao" which it contains prawns, chicken or pork and spring onions but "Shui Jiao" will adding mushroom and black fungus. Both dumplings usually served in a hot broth and garnished with leafy vegetables.
