Steam Meat Egg

Simple steam method as favorite and healthy food for kids.

 

  • Prep Time : 5 min
  • Cook Time : 20 min
  • Ready Time : 25 min

Servings:- 4-6 person

Ingredients

  • 200 Grams Pork Meat
  • 50 Grams Tong Cai
  • 1 Egg
  • 4 Tea Spoons Soya Source
  • 2 Tea Spoons Pepper
  • 5 oz Water / half cup of water

Directions

Step 1: Chopping the meat (pork).

 

Step 2: Chopping the Tong Cai

 

Step 3: Mix the Tong Cai, Soya Source, Pepper, Egg, Tapioca Starch and Water into ready chopping meat.

Step 4: Steam in 20 min and then ready to serve.

    Wow… Steamed meat egg is my favorite!

    I usually steam the chopped meat first for 15 minutes, then only add in the egg (together with all the condiments) for the final 7 minutes.

    This way the egg texture would be smooth and the meat well cooked!

      Selina, thanks for sharing. You may try to mix up the egg with meat before steam it, the texture will be smooth and nice taste too.
