Recipe with Mix Vegetables (For Vegetarian) 素食杂菜

 

Vegetarian are those purely on vegetables diet, may be for health or religion purpose. If you are on vegetarian (素食), you may try to cook this recipe with mix vegetables not only full of nutrition but it look colorful and will help to improve your appetite. The mix vegetables consist of 5 type of vegetables- broccoli, fresh mini corn, carrot, mushroom and yoba. All these type of vegetables was full of nutrition and is a good balance of diet too.

Ingredients

  • 300 Grams Broccoli
  • 3 Fresh mini corn
  • 50 Grams Carrot
  • 2 pieces Dried Mushroom
  • 20 Grams Yoba (素食腐竹)
  • 6 Table Spoons Oil
  • 1 table spoon Light Soya Sauce
  • 1 tea spoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Water

Directions

Step 1: Rinse the broccoli. Cut into 2 inches size.Separate the stem and flower parts.

 

 

Step 2: Cut the carrot and fresh mini corn.

 

Step 3: Soaking the dried mushroom into a bowl of water for around 25 minutes then cut it into triangle shape.

 

 

Step 4: Ready the Yoba (素食腐竹) and deep fried it.

 

 

Step 5: Put in 2 tablespoons of oil into work/ pan. After the oil heating, put in mushroom for stir frying with one table spoons of light soya sauce for around 30 seconds. Then mix in carrot, broccoli and the fresh mini corn for cook. Add in one teaspoons of salt and stir frying its for around 2 minutes.

Step 6: Mix in 1/2 cup of water for sauteing around 5 minutes then only put in the fried Yoba before ready to serve.
