Fish Fried Dumpling 鱼炸饺子
Fish Fried Dumpling is with the filling of fish meat and have a special taste with others dumpling which normally have pork meat filling in the dumpling. This type of fish dumpling in the method of deep fried enhance the aroma and the crispy of the dumpling. You may dip with some garlic chilly sauce to add the taste. For the dough of the dumpling is the same type of wonton dough which is in the square shape and can buy directly from market in frozen package.

- 500 gram Fish Meat
- 20 pieces Wonton dough (Square shape) ***Buy from hypermarket in dry frozen pack
- 200 ml Oil
- 1 tea spoon Salt
Step 1: Use the mixer machine to stir the fish meat and add some salt.
Step 2: Put one full teaspoon of the filling into the middle of each wonton dough and wrap it. Pinch the edges at top, left and right side in triangle shape.
Step 3: Heating the oil and deep fried the dumpling in slow fire mode until both side turn in gold color.
