Ingredients

  • 500 grams Chicken Feets ***replace with any meats eg. pig’s tail bone or pork meat or chicken
  • 2 Honey Dates
  • 10 Red Dates
  • 5 Dried Oyster
  • 300 grams Watercress
  • 100 Grams Salted Vegetable *** (渣菜)
  • 3 Liters Water
  • 1 tea spoon Salt

Directions 

Step 1: Rinse the chicken feets, honey dates, red dates, dried oyster and watercress.

Step 2: Put in the chicken feets, honey dates, red dates and dried oyster in 3 liter of hot water and bring to to boil for 15 minutes.

Step 3: Add in the watercress to boil and reduce to low heat and cook for 3 hours.

Step 4: Stir with salt then ready to serve.
