- 1 Kg Mako Shark
- 100 Grams Salted Vegetable
- 50 Grams Ginger
- 1/2 table spoon Thick Soya Sauce
- 1 table spoon Sugar
- 1/2 cup Water
Step 1: Cut the Mako Shark into 1 inch size.
Step 2: Cut the salted vegetables.
Step 3: Cut the ginger into slices.
Step 4: Heating 3 table spoons of oil on the work/ pan then put in the ginger for stir frying.
Step 5: Then mix in the salted vegetables for stir frying around 30 seconds.
Step 6: Put in the Mako Shark, half table spoons of thick soya sauce and one table spoons of sugar then sauteing for one minutes.
Step 7: Mix in half cup of water and close with lid for cook around 5 minutes. After that, ready to serve.
