Teo Chew Chive Prawn Pancake
Traditional Teo Chew style pancake which I learn from my grandma.

- 100 Grams chive
- 100 Grams prawn
- 150 Grams Rice Flour
- 100 Grams Flour
- 50 Grams Tapioca Starch
- 4 Garlic
- 400 Grams Water
- 2 Tea Spoons Salt
- 1 tea spoon Pepper
Step 1: Cut the chive into 1/2 inch size.
Step 2: Clean the prawn.
Step 3: Chopping the garlic and fry it in pan until yellowish.
Step 4: Mix the rice flour, flour, tapioca starch and water.
Step 5: Put on the chive, prawn, fried garlic, salt and pepper into flours mixer.
Step 6: Put in one tea spoon of oil into hot pan and then one pour in the mixer into hot pan for fried.
Step 7: Turn the other side for mixer until both size turn in gold color.
