Ingredients

  • 4-5 slices of Ginger
  • 1 Tomato
  • 4 glove Garlic
  • 50 grams Salted Vegetables
  • 1 pieces of Red Chili ***Optional- if you don’t like spicy
  • 2 tea spoons of sugar
  • 1 tea spoons of salt
  • 1 piece of Lime
  • 4 Table Spoons Water
  • 1 Grouper Fish Head (cut into pieces)

Note: You can use any other type fish that you like.

Directions

Step 1: Rinse the grouper fish head and cut into pieces.

Step 2: Cut the ginger into few slices.

Step 3: Clean and cut the tomato, salted vegetable and chili.

Step 4: Chopping the garlic and frying in oil.

Step 5: Place all the ingredients as below sample.

Step 6: Put in the salt and sugar surrounding at the top.

Step 8: Go steam it around 10 minutes.

Step 9: Lastly, squeeze the lime and pour in the lime juice after the fish was cooked before it ready to serve.
